In order to cater to market demands, we have established 2 factories, located in Cikarang and Sadang, Indonesia. Our factory in Cikarang is focused in producing Nexalume and Tatalume (Zinc-aluminium Coated Steel), as well as Nexium (Galvanized steel/Zinc Coated Steel), whereas our factory in Sadang focused on producing Nexcolor (Pre-Painted Alu-Zn Steel and Pre-Painted Galvanized Steel (PPGL/PPGI)).

Our facilities are equipped with NOF technology (Non-Oxidizing Furnaces), drawing inspiration from the successful implementation in Japan. This technology has allowed us to optimize space utilization, enhance surface quality through reduce heating, and improved metallurgical properties through rapid heating, resulting in better products and more sustainable carbon footprint.

Moreover, our factories are also equipped with Skinpass Mill -which is essential in achieving the desired smooth and even surface characteristics, which is crucial for subsequent painting processes. We have extensively refined this procedure in our Post Treatment Section and have patented the process. Furthermore, we have also developed metal treatment coating with resin for Anti Finger Print, offering a protective layer that resist fingerprints.
